Olympic Terrace One is a subdivision in Port Ludlow, Washington and is composed of 41 Single Family homes and two Limited Common Areas, Tract A of 8.91 acres and Tract B of 4.27 acres. It is a village of the South Bay Community Association and is located off Teal Lake Road and Springwood Drive.
